RELIGIOUS EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Education is a total experience and the mission of the Catholic school is to educate the whole person, spiritually and intellectually. All students registered in a Catholic school within the Diocese of Harrisburg will participate in all aspects of his/her school’s religious education program with the exception of final phases of the sacramental preparation curriculum. These requirements include attendance at the regularly scheduled religion classes with the school’s curriculum, fulfillment of the requirements of the subject, and attendance at religious functions offered as part of the school curriculum. Students in grades 2 – 8 participate in the planning, preparation, and execution of our weekly liturgies along with special liturgies throughout the school year.
