Adult School Volunteers
The following items are required for adult school volunteers.
PA State Police Criminal History Check - FREE (provided free of charge to volunteers every 57 months)
PA Child Abuse History Check – Childline/DHS - FREE (certificates are only provided free of charge to each volunteer every 57 months)
FBI Report – PDE – School Adult Volunteers who have not been continuous residents of Pennsylvania for the past ten (10) years
